How do I know when my order has shipped?

You will be notified by a USPS Quantum Notification, which comes directly from USPS. You must provide the email address that you wish to be notified with, which we enter when processing your shipment, and then when the package is picked up by USPS it is scanned and an email is automatically sent to you.



How can I get an estimated shipping cost for my order?

Shipping is one flat rate of $5.00.



Can you ship Internationally?

Yes, but only telephone orders. We do have a service charge for shipping anything internationally; please contact us for pricing.



When will I receive my order?

Standard delivery is within the next 48 United States is 3-5 business days, from the time you place your order to the time it arrives at your door.



What is your return policy?

Thank you for the purchase of Bench Dress. In the rare occurrence that you are dissatisfied with our product you may return it within 7 days of purchase for EXCHANGE or CREDIT only (excludes custom orders). Item must be in its’ original packaging and unused condition. Sorry shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Bench Dress headquarters is located in Miami, Florida. However, even though we are headquartered in Florida we serve customers all across the United States.
